What products aren't shipped internationally?

We cannot ship the following brands internationally:

  • Nike
  • Carver
  • New Balance (US and Canada only)

I placed an order for a custom assembled complete, but would like to cancel, what can I do?

Skate Warehouse aims to provide you with your perfect skateboard, right out of the box. We offer free, in-house assembly and grip tape application services with the purchase of a new deck or complete skateboard. As these services are done prior to shipment, it makes it very difficult to alter or cancel an order once it is placed. Should you need to cancel your order before it is shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request; however, there will be a re-stocking fee deducted from your refund. The fee is $5.00 for a cancelled grip tape applied order, and $20.00 for an assembled skateboard order. Unfortunately, if the order has already been shipped from our facility at the time of the cancellation request, we will be unable to offer a refund. Custom assembled skateboards cannot be returned.

Why is the deck I received a different color than what was pictured online?

Top stains, and occasionally background stains as well, will vary. The wood used by the manufactures to produce the ply is sourced from various locations, and will react differently to the varnish. Unfortunately, the final color result cannot be predicted, nor manipulated so skate companies are unable to anticipate what color selection they will receive. Since the stain colors are unpredictable, we are only able to image one sample deck from stock. This is used as the image on our site. That being said, the color shown online will not always be the color received. For this reason, disclaimers are included in the product description of every deck.

Can I update or alter my shipping address after the package has left your facility?

Domestic packages can be updated while in transit, but a $12.00 service fee will be issued to do so. This is because the shipping companies issue a fee to alter an address. International shipments, and domestic packages shipped via USPS cannot be updated or altered after leaving our facility. We strongly recommend checking your confirmation email promptly after placing an order.

How much will duty and tax fees be if I'm ordering outside of the United States?

We do not know as each country is different and these fees constantly change. We recommend contacting your local post office or UPS/FedEx to get a rough estimate on duties and tax fees.

What if something doesn’t fit or I change my mind?

You are welcome to return or exchange any items purchased from Skate Warehouse for up to 60 days from the time of purchase. The products must be returned in the same condition they were received in. Clothing must be unworn and in the original packaging. Shoes must be unworn and in the original manufacturer’s box. Skate Warehouse will refund the product cost only. All shipping fees and taxes incurred will be your responsibility.

Do you guys sponsor?

We are not currently offering sponsorships.

Do you guys sell large quantities or wholesale?

No, we are strictly a retail shop. We sell all of our products for personal/individual use only. Orders that exceed our limits will be adjusted and Customer Service will contact you to discuss further. Continuous abuse of this policy may result in the loss of your privilege to order from Skate Warehouse in the future.

Can you guys send me some stickers?

We definitely can! Please mail us a self addressed, stamped envelope*. Once we receive your envelope, we will stuff it full of stickers and mail it back to you!

*This means you need to put an envelope with one or two stamps and your address on it into another envelope.
