Ordering Information

Custom Assembled and Applied Orders

Skate Warehouse proudly offers assembly and grip tape application, free of charge. Custom assembled and/or applied grip tape orders cannot be cancelled or altered after being submitted. Cancellation or alterations of these orders prior to shipment are subject to re-stocking fees.

Retail Pickup Orders

If you would like to pick up your order in-person at our San Luis Obispo location, the cardholder must be present with photo ID and the credit card used at checkout. Your card will be charged upon pick up. If a custom assembled skateboard or griptape applied deck is requested, it will be assembled at the time of pick up. If you change your mind and/or cannot pick up the order, please contact our Customer Service Department for your shipping options. A Customer Service Representative may contact you if your retail order remains on site for more than 72 hours. Please note the hours of operation below:

Tuesday through Friday from 12pm to 5pm PT

*Retail Pick Up Orders may be picked up 24 business hours after being ordered and will only be available during our hours of operations listed above.

Payment Options

You can pay with a credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express), PayPal, Afterpay, or wire transfer.

Please note that Skate Warehouse may require additional information from you before we can process your order.
